The place was unique generally speaking. We loved early check-in too. Amazing and incredible location with everything at the door, it was near to the shore, sea and sand and the restaurant in the first night.

I had really really nice stay in September!
The apartment had amazing and beautiful location somewhere to wash sand off. Truly enjoyed the staff; they were affable and I felt welcomed.

The property is brilliant with brilliant facilities just next door to restaurant and cocktails, the council and the beach. The staff is really friendly and the food was excellent.

Amazing apartment, has everything you need, located so close to the beach to the Town Centre of Newquay, all the shops, restaurants and bars and the Town Centre. Staffs are affable. Perfect service, thanks. It has neat and reasonably spacious rooms, included with great views as well as flowers-.

This is a brilliant apartment very close to the beach to the Town Centre of Newquay as well as the cliff. It has stunning and excellant setting to another restaurant with a more romantic setting.

Outstanding staff including Tracie on reception and Ryan in the restaurant. Beautiful and delicious food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. - Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a stunning view of the sea. - Arrived to a lovely surprise of prosecco, afternoon tea, flowers, and a balloon. - Dog-friendly accommodation. - Perfect location on the beach with easy access. - Fully equipped apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. - Friendly and helpful staff on hand. - Would highly recommend to family and friends.

It was magnificent and brilliant somewhere to wash sand off. We were surprised by spotless rooms with even treats for the dog, a beautiful view, for instance. Service was exceptional too.

Overall - a brilliant apartment so close to the beach, and another restaurant. Marvellous location not too far from Pirate's Quest. Btw, located to the sea at night.

The location was perfect, right on Tolcarne beach. The views from the apartment were incredible. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The on-site restaurant served incredible food. The property was clean and comfortable. The little touches, like the cream tea on arrival, made the stay special.
Felt so well taken care of, nothing to complain about.

The location was stunning, the bedroom was twin and offered amazing view. The service was exceptional, pleasant staff and early check-in. Its bathroom had a hair dryer, a walk-in shower and fresh towels. Plus supermarkets and shops next door was so handy.
